How to create your own marketing machine

A half day workshop which includes:

  • The tools you need to create an organised marketing department (without the marketer). 
  • Why and how your customers buy, what you need to do so they keep on buying (how to optimise the customer experience and grow your business 10% faster than the competition FACT).
  • Creating a Communications Plan for the right platforms, saying the right things at the right time (stop the knee jerk, sporadic sales pitch when you need to and they don't).
  • What you need to include in your Marketing Action Plan to create a non stop marketing machine.

Creating the Marketing Action Plan to make it work

A full day workshop, in addition to the half day above with clever tools to get it done in one day:

  • Creating your A Grade Customer Profiles, their Pains & Gains so you understand exactly who they are and why they buy.
  • Setting up the project tools to create a structured, organised marketing department that optimises every stage of your customer journey.
  • Finalising your Marketing Action Plan with the marketing mix you need to retain the customers you want and find new ones just like them. 
  • Creating your Content Strategy, a 12 month Communications Plan and your first 3 month content stream designed to keep customers loyal, raising awareness for new.
  • Creating a 2 week checklist of what you need to do to make it work and keep on working, a tangible timeline of activity, by when and by who ... so it gets done.
